Exchanges, Returns, & Refunds Policy

Definitions:

  • Returns: the act of accepting goods back from a customer after they’ve finalized a purchase but no longer want the item
  • Refunds: the act of giving the customer back their payment for an item they purchased and no longer want
  • Exchanges: the act of giving the customer a new item in exchange for the original item they purchased and no longer want

General Policy - Carefully review our Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds Policy for eligibility prior to completing the form below to file a claim. Except as set out in this agreement, all sales are final. We do not accept exchanges.

Any and all refunds will be provided in the form of store credit and will be issued within 30 days from conclusion of the investigation into the claim. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

All of our items are made-to-order by our supplier Printful; therefore, we strictly adhere to their policies on returns. 

Damaged, Defective, Lost-in-Transit, or Misprinted Items - Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted using the form below within 30 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted using the form below no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

To resolve an issue, we may require a photo and/or for the original item to be returned (in which case you may be responsible for return shipping). If a return is required and the item is not received by our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse or deny the store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any item reported more than 30 days after delivery or lost-in-transit items reported more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items - We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. 

Wrong Address - If the address provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our supplier. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Tracking Says Delivered, but Item is Missing - If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located, please: We encourage you to:

  1. Check around the property — porches, side doors, or behind planters.

  2. Ask neighbors, building staff, or household members.

If the package is still missing, contact us using the form below. We will open an inquiry with the delivery carrier, and outcomes will depend on their investigation.
